We sometimes get requests from people with leaking mattresses or broken heaters for faster service. This is possible, although it goes beyond the capability and costs of our FREE SHIPPING policy.

| If you need to order an item via our Emergency Shipping program, you can simply order online and enter the information in the "Comments and Special Instructions" block of the checkout page, tell us the shipping method or speed you want and authorize us the additional shipping costs. | |

Be sure to authorize the additional costs, or we will be unable to send your item as an Emergency Order item and valuable time may be lost. We simply cannot send it without your authorizing the extra fees. What does it cost? You can estimate what it will cost for emergency shipping at the UPS website http://www.ups.com/using/services/rave/rate.html for domestic items in the lower 48 states. Our zip code is 23462, be sure to select "Daily Pickup" and "Your Packaging." We usually offset the shipping costs a little.
