Fast Shipping on Quick Ship Items

Normal shipping days are Monday through Friday excluding certain national holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving. The shipping times listed at the link above show estimated times for items to be delivered to your door. Due to the size of most of our products, we usually send items by UPS Ground.

Most of the items we sell are in our Fast Shipping program which means the items listed as "Fast Shipping" are normally maintained in stock and are shipped out no later than the next normal shipping day. We make EVERY effort to ship the same day if you order by 4:00pm.

In most cases you will get an email from our store with your UPS Tracking Number and a link to the UPS tracking system. Rail Caps, Satin Sheets and items temporarily not in stock will not receive a UPS Tracking Number.

Fast Shipping does NOT mean it will be DELIVERED to you the next day, regular transit times for U.P.S. Ground or the U.S. Postal Service in some cases still apply.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may go by Mail. Size and weight restrictions apply - select smaller lighter mattresses like the Boyd Memory's line. Mattresses like the Sterling 700 and Boyd Lumbar Supreme are too large and heavy. There may be additional shipping fees on large heavy items since our free shipping policy applies to the 48 continuous states.

We no longer shi;p to International or APO/FPO addresses.

The shipping map shown above does not apply to special order items like rail caps, and some Vinyl Product Dual mattresses which are custom made to order.

Shipping times for other items that are not "Fast Shipping" items are usually listed on the catalog pages for those items immediately below the "add to cart" button. Look for a yellow highlighting.
