RETURN POLICY |
| We are committed to providing you with the best possible products available. ALL our products are of superior to outstanding quality level. ABC Waterbed Outlet does everything it can to provide the best selection, the fastest shipping times, and the largest inventory we can at Outlet pricing. If you wish to return an item, you need to contact us first. Packages sent to us without prior approval may be returned at the customer's expense. Our shipping department has many packages coming and going each day and "mystery packages" that arrive unannounced are difficult to process. Warranty Returns If you order something and you find it faulty, contact us by Email us here or call toll-free at 1-877-420-2337 weekdays between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m. about the return to make arrangements to have the warranted items replaced. Please have your "Sales Order Number" ready. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number from us before returning your item.Quick Exchange: We sometimes send warranty replacements out using our "Quick Exchange Program" meaning we are willing to send replacements under certain conditions before receiving the faulted item. The customer agrees to return the warranted item within the next 30 days. If they do not return the item within 30 days we charge their credit card for the cost of the non-returned item. Quick Exchange Program is available only within the first 30 days of a purchase. We replace warranted items only once within the first thirty days. Some manufacturer warranties may require you contact them directly. If you order the wrong size, or provide us with the wrong shipping address, it will fall under our Non-Warranty Return policy below. Rail Caps are not eligible for exchange or return since they are custom made to order..Non-Warranty Return If you just do not like an item and wish a refund you may be responsible for a restocking fee of 15% as well as our original shipping costs. Free shipping only applies if you keep your order. We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Be sure to have your Sales Order number ready before you contact us. Original packaging and information packets are required. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We do not offer a comfort guarantee because of our low pricing.
FREE GIFTS Many products come with free gifts. These gifts are only provided as an incentive for you to buy our products. If you return a product for refund, you must also return the free gifts as you would no longer be eligible for these free gifts.INCORRECT ADDRESS If you supply an incorrect address there may be an additional $12.00 charge levied by U.P.S. which you will be responsible for. If your package is undeliverable because of an address error, you will be responsible for the extra shipping costs. This may include shuipping back to us and then shipping to your correct address. Other It is the "purchasers" responsibility to retain the warranty and proof of purchase. If the manufacturer deems the damaged article a non-warranty item, ABC Waterbed Outlet is not responsible for replacements or refunds. ABC Waterbed Outlet does not express or imply any warranties of its own and does not supercede any manufacturer warranties. Please keep all packing materials and documentation. Some manufacturers will not honor warranties if not returned with the original packaging and accompanying documentation.
